Jennie's Low Fat Chocolate Cake - 9x9 inch pan - Healthy
2 eggs
1 cup plain fat free yogurt
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 to 1/3 cup raw agave nectar
splash of vanilla
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes,
serve. I can taste the whole wheat in it, but it is low fat. I can
eat the entire thing guilt free.
